Under the My Sales area, vendors can view real-time auction statistics for any items they are associated with via BidJS.

This feature is designed to improve transparency and reduce the admin workload for auctioneers by allowing vendors to self-serve their sales information.

Vendors can only see data related to the items <a href="https://support.bidlogix.com/en/articles/5647211-how-to-give-an-admin-access-to-view-my-sales-statistics">they are associated with</a>.

Click the My Sales icon on the homepage

1. Log into the public site
2. Click the My Sales icon on the homepage

You will be taken to the Live Auctions view, which lists all your active auctions.

   3. Click on the Auction Name to view more details and statistics.

Select the relevant date range on the Showing Results From field

1. Click the Closed Auctions tab
2. Select the relevant date range on the Showing Results From field

- Number of lots
- Number of bids
- Currency
- Total value sold and unsold

- Auction Sale Summary
 - Number of lots
 - Number of bids

 - Total value sold and unsold

- Number of Bidders
 - Approved and not approved
