To view or manage a user's roles and privileges:
Log in as an Admin.
Go to Users & Groups > Users on the left-side menu.
Use Modify Filter to search for the specific username/email.
Locate the required user and click on their username.
Go to the Roles & Privileges tab.
This tab shows you all the roles currently assigned to the user.

Some Roles and Privileges explained
Role | Description |
Public Vendor Administrator | Public users who will be able to see the vendor screens, e.g. My Sales |
Ability to bid as Reserve | |
Sales Administrator | Auction administrators |
Uploader | Uploader of auctions and lots |
Content Editor | Allows a user to only edit CMS content |
Collection Admin | Ability to manage collection of items within invoicing |
Manage Invoicing | Manage invoicing, collections and payments |
