• Login as Admin > click Users & Groups > Modify the filter to find the specific Username

  • Look for the required username and click on the Roles & Privileges tab.

  • This will show you all the roles you currently have assigned to the user.

Some Roles and privileges explained:



Public Vendor Administrator

Public users who will be able to see the vendor screens, e.g. My Sales

Reserve Bidder

Ability to bid as Reserve

Sales Administrator

Auction administrators


Uploader of auctions and lots

Content Editor

Allows a user to only edit CMS content

Collection Admin

Ability to manage collection of items within invoicing

Manage Invoicing

Manage invoicing, collections and payments
