It is possible to set the manual increments available to the clerk within the webcast console by editing your Auctioneer settings. Click here to see how to access your Auctioneer settings.
Setting Manual Increments
⚠️ Please note:
You can't edit the manual increments within the auctioneer when you have the clerking console open on another tab.
Once you are editing the auctioneer, go to the Main Settings tab.
Scroll down to the Bidding section.
Locate the field called Manual Increments.
Enter your required manual increments in their lowest denomination (e.g. £10 should be entered as
1000for pence).Separate each value with a comma.
Saving and Applying Changes
Click the Save Auctioneer button at the top or bottom of the screen.
You may also need to click the ‘Reset’ button within the webcast console for the new or updated increments to appear.
Important Information
Switching between manual and dynamic increments in the webcast console may result in your other webcast auctions being switched as well—even if they are still in pre-bidding.
