It is possible to set the manual increments that are available for the clerk within the webcast console by editing your Auctioneer settings. Click here to see how to access your Auctioneer settings.

Once you are editing the auction, go to the Main Settings tab and scroll down to the Bidding section. Here you will find a field called Manual Increments. Enter any required manual increments into this field in their lowest denomination (e.g. £10 GBP should be listed as 1000 pence) and separated by a comma:

Once any changes have been made, click the green Save Auctioneer button at the top of the screen. You may also need to click the 'reset' button within the webcast console in order for these new or changes increments to appear:

Please Note

Switching between manual and dynamic increments in the webcast console may result in your other webcast auctions being switched too, even if they're in pre-bidding. For more information get in touch.
