How to Edit Your Auctioneer Settings

As an admin, you can edit certain default settings that apply across all your auctions by updating your Auctioneer settings.

⚠️ Please note:

If you manage more than one auctioneer, use the text bar on the top-left corner to switch to the correct auctioneer.
The Edit button will only appear next to the currently selected auctioneer.


What Can Be Changed?

Auctioneer settings include:

  • Default currency, timezone, and Buyer’s Premium

  • Registrant behaviour (e.g. auto-approve all, or require spending limits)

  • Display options for auction details (e.g. winning bid amount, number of bids, bid increments)

  • Auctioneer contact address (used as the optional default when creating a new auction)

  • Financial details displayed on your invoices

  • Choosing which admins receive notifications

  • And more...


How to Edit Your Auctioneer Settings

1. Go to Users & Groups on the collapsible left-side menu;

2. Select Auctioneers from the drop-down list;

3. Click on the Edit button at the end of the row for your auctioneer (you might need to scroll to the right);
