Adding Stripe Details
Click on the Online Payments Tab and complete the following fields.
⚠️ Please Note: These settings will apply to all auctions listed under your auctioneer.
Add Deposit Currency
⚠️ Please Note: Your selected currency must be supported by your Stripe account. Available currencies vary by region.
Add your Default Deposit Amount
Tick Enabled for Deposits
Enter your Stripe account's Live Secret Key
Enter your Stripe account's Live Publishable Key

Select Authorise or Capture Deposit amounts
⚠️ Please Note:
Authorising a deposit places a hold on the funds for up to 7 days. After this time, the payment may no longer be successfully chargeable.
Capturing takes the payment immediately but would require manual refunds via Stripe, if needed.
Ensure you comply with your local regulations when holding deposits.

What happens if I don't configure the details correctly?
If the deposit set-up isn't complete, Users will see a warning message when attempting to pay deposits, as per the image below:
