Items can be shown in Preview mode so that all information is visible to your bidders except that they cannot bid on them. This can be useful for showing how items will display before you're ready for bidding to commence, particularly on individual items since the bidding start date can be controlled using these instructions.
To set your items to Preview:
Ensure your items are in Draft or hidden Preview mode (red background)
If your items are in Draft, select the ones you want to put into Preview and select 'Validate'. This will put them into hidden Preview mode
Select the items you wish to show in Preview on your website and select 'Make Visible'
See that the status has changed to visible Preview (green background)
Your items will now show on your site as follows (depending on your auctioneer settings):
