Yes – but only after the auction is reconciled and you manually choose to send emails during confirmation.
To trigger automatic "won" email notifications from the BidJS system:
You must reconcile the auction – this tells the system which items are sold and to whom.
You must select “Proceed (with emails)” during the reconciliation process.
If this is not selected, no email will be sent to winning bidders.
