Bidders cannot cancel or change their own bids. If a bidder contacts you asking to do so, you must follow instructions from the following areas to change their bids at your discretion.

The only action bidders can do themselves to alter a bid is to raise their own autobid by entering another higher value bid. This does not work for lowering their own bid.
