What Are the Character Limits for Auctions and Items?

There are certain character limits in place for auction and item parameters, as follows:

Auction Fields

  • Auction Title: 120 characters

  • Auction Description: 500 characters

Item Fields

  • Item Title: 255 characters

  • Item Summary: 20,000+ characters

  • Item Description: 20,000+ characters

If your content is being cut off or not saving, double-check that you are within the character limits listed above.
