How to Hard Refresh your Browser

Sometimes it is necessary to hard refresh your browser when a normal refresh is not quite enough and it can be useful to suggest this to your users as an early suggestion for issue resolution. A hard refresh might be useful if things don't appear to be behaving quite as usual. For example, Bidlogix Support may suggest trying a hard refresh if some of your users are seeing unusual behaviour after you have upgraded your BidJS version.

Chrome

Windows PC: Ctrl + F5

Mac: Cmd + Shift + R

Firefox

Windows PC: Ctrl + F5

Mac: Cmd + Shift + R

Edge

Windows PC: Ctrl + F5

Mac: Cmd + Shift + R

Safari

Mac: Opt + Cmd + E to empty cache and then refresh with Cmd + R
