How to Access the Webcast Console

To access the Webcast Admin Console for a specific auction:

Option 1: From the Auction List

  1. Log into the admin site

  2. Go to Auctions & Items > View Auctions on the left-side menu

  3. Locate your auction in the list

    • If it doesn’t appear, click Modify Filter to adjust your search settings

  4. On the relevant auction, click on the Three-dotted button > Webcast

Option 2: From Within the Auction

  1. Log into the admin site

  2. Go to Auctions & Items > View Auctions on the left-side menu

  3. Locate your auction in the list

    • If it doesn’t appear, click Modify Filter to adjust your search settings

  4. Click on the auction title

  5. Click on the green Webcast Console button on the top right-hand corner
