⚠️ Please note:
It is not possible to undo or cancel a bid while the auction is paused.
On the webcast screen, go to the Auction Controls & Stream Settings tab
Click the blue Pause Auction button
Confirm the action by clicking Pause Auction Now, which will appear at the top left of the screen
What Users See
When the auction is paused, bidders will be shown a message informing them that the auction/bidding is paused, and the bid button will be inactive:
How to Resume the Auction
To continue the auction, click the Resume Auction button that appears in the same area:
⚠️ Please Note:
Clicking on the button on the top will resume the auction instantly.
The button on the right side will trigger the confirmation top button, which must be clicked for the auction to resume.
