How to Display Different Currencies (Webcast Room Screen Only)

  1. Access the Webcast Console.

  2. In the top right, click on the Xg Rates tab.

  3. Select your desired currencies from the dropdown menus.

  4. Enter the current exchange rate for the new rate/s.

  5. Click Set Rates.

⚠️ Please Note:

  • You can display up to 4 currencies on the Room Screen.

  • All conversion values are based on the manual exchange rates you enter in the Webcast Console.

Example

If an item sells for £1,000 with the exchange rates set as above, it will appear with that amount converted into Brazilian Reais and Euros based on the rates set.

Room Screen Setup

  1. To view the converted values, open the Room Screen.

    You can do this from either the Auction Controls & Stream Settings or the Room Screen Settings tab in the Webcast Console.

  2. The Room Screen will display the live item prices:
