When a Webcast auction has ended any Items that were passed in the Webcast console will show as SUSPENDED in the Item Management Screen
You need to Withdraw the Suspended item(s) in the Item Management screen to enable the auction to be fully reconciled
Search for the Suspended item and click Withdraw
Go back to the Viewing Auction screen and click Reconcile
Items will change to UNSOLD and RECONCILED
