How to Mark Invoice Items as Collected

Once the invoice has been generated, you can mark individual or multiple items as collected.

Marking Individual Items as Collected

  1. Find the invoice

  2. In the Actions column, click the Items button
    This will expand the invoice and show all items included.

  3. Each item will have a checkbox under the "Collected" column

    • You can tick one or more checkboxes individually.

    • The item(s) will then be marked as collected.


Marking All Items as Collected at Once

  • Instead of ticking each box, you can use the Mark Collected button in the Actions column.

  • This will mark all items on the invoice as collected in one action.


Confirmation and Status

Once marked, a green tick icon will appear to confirm the item(s) have been collected:

If only some of the items on the invoice were marked as collected, there will be a red X on the Collected column with a count showing how many of the total amount of items were collected:
