How to Export Winning Bids

Here is how to export just the winning bidder information for a sale, including the winner's username and the highest bid:

⚠️ Please note:
You can export your auction in any state (e.g. live, closed, draft, etc.).
It may be most useful to do so when the auction has ended, in order to retrieve winning bidder data.

Steps to Export Winning Bids:

  1. Log into the admin site

  2. Go to Auctions & Items > View Auctions

  3. Locate your auction in the list

    • If you cannot see it, check the Modify Filter settings

  4. Click the Export button in the Actions dropdown
    ​

  5. A .csv file will be downloaded to your device.


    From there, you can:

    • Filter the spreadsheet to show only items marked as SOLD

    • Add up all HAMMER values or extract any other information relevant to your process

    • For Webcast auctions: you may want to filter out SOLD items that were sold specifically to the clerk’s user
