How to Export Sold Lots to a Spreadsheet

⚠️ Please Note:

It is possible to export sold lots from an auction in any state — including LIVE auctions still open for bidding. However, it’s often best to export once the auction has been RECONCILED and/or ARCHIVED, as no further edits can be made at that stage. This ensures your export remains accurate and up to date.

  1. Log into the admin site

  2. Go to Auctions & Items > View Auctions

  3. Locate your auction in the list

    If you cannot see it, click Modify Filter and adjust the settings

  4. Click the Export button in the Actions dropdown

  5. A .csv file will be downloaded to your device.

From there, you can identify online sales only by filtering out the Floor Bidder, using their unique User ID number, which can be found in the Bid Table:

  • Go to Auctions & Items > View Auctions > Click the Bid Table button in the Actions column
