  • Select Auctions & Items then View Auctions from the top admin menu bar

  • This view will default to show LIVE auctions

  • Scroll down to find the relevant auction or search in the Auction Filter

  • Click the Export button in the Actions column

  • An Excel file will automatically go to your Downloads folder

  • In the Excel file, you can then find the items sold online only by filtering out the Floor Bidder - using their unique User ID number

  • Please note - It is possible to Export sold lots for an Auction in any State, including LIVE auctions that are still available for bidding - though it is perhaps pertinent to get the final Export once the Auction has been RECONCILED and/or ARCHIVED because an ARCHIVED or RECONCILED auction cannot be edited so the file will remain accurate and up to date

  • To see ARCHIVED auctions click on the Filter, select the status ARCHIVED then click Apply

  • To see RECONCILED auctions click on the Filter, select the status RECONCILED then click Apply

  • This will show you all ARCHIVED auctions. Scroll down to find the relevant auction or search in the Auction Filter

  • Click the Export button in the Actions column

  • In the Excel file, you can then find the items sold online only by filtering out the Floor Bidder - using their unique User ID number

  • The Floor Bidder's User ID can be found in the Bid Table - Auctions & Items > View Auctions > Click the Bid Table button in the Actions column
