To export the bid table showing all bids placed on one specific item, just follow these steps:
Log into the admin site
Go to Auctions & Items > View Auctions on the left-side menu
Locate your auction in the list
If it doesn’t appear, click Modify Filter to adjust your search settings
Click on the auction title to open it
In the top menu, click Items to view the list of items in that auction
Locate the item you want the bids for and, in the Actions column, click the Bid Table button.
Once the Bid Table opens, click the blue Export Bid Table button located on the far right
