Log into the admin site
Go to Auctions & Items > View Auctions
Locate your auction in the list. If you cannot see it, check the Modify Filter settings
Click on the auction title to open the auction, then press Items in the top right hand corner
Click the Bid Table button in the Actions column of the required item
Press the blue Export Bid Table button above the bid table.
