⚠️ Please note:
Make sure you carry out this export before the items are sold or reconciled. This ensures they can be moved into Draft mode for export.
Follow these steps:
Log in to the admin
Go to Auctions & Items > View Auctions
Locate your auction in the list
If it doesn’t appear, click the yellow Modify Filter button to adjust your search settings
Click on the number of items on the Items' column from the relevant auction:
On the Items' page, use the top checkbox to select all items
Click Draft > Bulk Edit to move the selected items into Draft mode and edit them
In the list, select the items you wish to export (or select all again using the checkbox at the top)
Click the Export button in the top right corner
If you selected all items, a pop-up will appear asking if you want to leave the page, click Leave. Or for a few selected items, click Proceed > Leave

.csvfile will be downloaded to your deviceOnce finished, click Save & Finish > Save to return to the Items' page and the items to Preview status
Select all items, and click on Approve to put them back on a Live status
