For each auction, there is a Marketing Data button that allows you to export a list of users who have previously shown interest in any of the categories featured in that auction.
Where to Find It:
Log into the admin site
Go to Auctions & Items > View Auctions on the left-side menu
Locate your auction in the list
If it doesn’t appear, click Modify Filter to adjust your search settings
On the relevant auction, click on the Three-dotted button > Marketing Data

If you don’t see this button, contact Bidlogix Support or your administrator to have it enabled.
How It Works:
The system will take you to a page with details about the auction, categories present in the auction (i.e. categories assigned to at least one item in the auction) and a preview of users who’ve opted into marketing for those categories
Click on Create Marketing List

.csvfile will be downloaded to your deviceYou can then import this list into your preferred marketing system (e.g. Mailchimp)

You might need to tidy up your column headings before importing, and ensure your audience, tags, or lists are already set up.

On this list, you will see:
The categories the users have chosen;
The name of the auction;
The user's details.
