How to Approve a Bidder

Here’s how to approve a bidder who has registered for your auction.

Viewing Bidders from the Dashboard

  1. Log in to the admin area.

  2. Once logged in, you’ll land on the Dashboard page.

  3. You’ll see a table labelled Actions Required

    Note: A table only appears if there are outstanding actions that need to be fulfilled.

  4. The first column in this table displays Pending Bidders next to each relevant auction.

  5. Click the number in the Pending Bidders column to go to the Registrants page for that auction, where you can view full details of the pending registrants.

OR

Viewing Bidders via the Registrants Button

  1. Go to Auctions & Items > View Auctions

  2. Click on the auction title

  3. Click the Registrants button in the top menu

⚠️ Please note:

If you don’t see any pending registrants, click Modify Filter and make sure the 'Pending' status box is ticked.


Approving Individual Users

  • On the Registrants page, locate the user you want to approve.

  • In the Actions column on the right-hand side, click Approve.

  • An audit box will appear – either tick the box to populate the template message, or manually enter the reason you are approving the registrant.


Approving Multiple Users

  1. Tick the checkboxes to the left of the registrants you want to approve
    (Use the very top checkbox to select all)

  2. Click the 'Approve Selected Users' button at the top or bottom of the page

  3. An audit box will appear – either tick to use the template or write your own approval reason.
