Whitelisting a user means they will be automatically approved for any auction they register for in the future.
⚠️ Please note: This will not work if the user has been Red Flagged. Make sure the red flag is removed if you want the whitelisting to take effect.
Steps to Whitelist a User...
Through the User’s Profile
Log into the admin area.
Go to Users & Groups > Users on the left menu.
Find the user (Use Modify Filter to locate the user if needed).
Click on their username to open their profile.
Click the Edit tab.
Tick the White Listed? box.
A pop-up audit box will appear — enter the reason for whitelisting the user.
Click Ok.
Click Save.
OR
From the User List View
Log into the admin area.
Go to Users & Groups > Users on the left menu.
Find the user (Use Modify Filter to locate the user if needed).
Click on the star icon under the Whitelist column.
A pop-up audit box will appear — enter the reason for whitelisting the user.
Click Ok.
Click Save.
Identifying Whitelisted Users
Whitelisted users are marked with a black star icon next to their name on admin screens.
How to Remove a User from the White List
You can de-whitelist a user by:
Unticking the White Listed? box from the Edit tab,
orClicking on the black star icon in the User Management screen.
