You are able to view a list of the vendors an individual user is associated to. This is what is used to set what they see in their My Sales screen.
Log into the administration area
Select Users & Groups > Users from the menu bar drop down
View the user
Click on the username
Click on the Vendor Association tab
View the full list of Vendors the user is associated to for your Auctioneers
