To delete items from an auction, follow the steps below.
⚠️ Please note:
An item must first be withdrawn before it can be deleted.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Go to the Items screen for the relevant auction.
Withdraw the Item/s
Tick the checkbox next to the item(s) you want to delete.
Click the Withdraw button from the top actions menu to change the item status; or at the end of the row of each individual item.
Delete the Withdrawn Items
With the same item(s) still selected, click the Delete button from the same menu.
Confirmation of Deletion – Step 1
In the first pop-up window, click the green Delete button.
Final Confirmation of Deletion – Step 2
In the second confirmation pop-up:
Type the word DELETE.
Enter a reason for the deletion.
Click Delete to complete the action.
