Select (tick box) all items and set the un-ordered items to DRAFT status by clicking the Draft button in the top Items menu on the left
Then click on Bulk Edit in the top Items menu
In the Bulk Edit screen highlight all the items again, then click on Re-order
Once the items are re-ordered click on Save And Finish
The items will automatically be put into PREVIEW status for timed auction items.
Click Approve to set the items to LIVE again, items should now be in the correct order and in LIVE status. Webcast items will go straight to LIVE, skipping the PREVIEW stage.
Note: Once one of the items has Sold, you will not be able to draft that item. This means you can only reorder items up to that Sold item in the list.
