Items in Draft are available for editing. They are not shown publicly, meaning if a user is on an item page and the item is changed to Draft, they will not be able to bid.

Items in Preview are ready to be put to Live status but are not shown publicly. The item must be put into Draft to be edited.

Items that are Live are open for bidding and are shown publicly.

Items that are Withdrawn are no longer available for bidding. These items are not shown publicly.

Suspended items are temporarily unavailable for bidding. These will still be shown publicly.

Note: If an item(s) is Suspended, in order to reconcile the auction you will need to set the item status from Suspended to Withdrawn.
