Log into the administration area, go to Dashboards > Home
Click on the View Auctions button from the dashboard
or
Select Auctions & Items then View Auctions from the menu bar
This view will default to show Live auctions
To see other auction states click Modify Filter, and select the status you want to show, or date range, etc. then click Apply.
You can also use this filter to search for auctions by name or by date - see below filter examples:

If you cannot find your auction and you use multiple auctioneers, make sure you have the correct auctioneer selected.
