Having Trouble Logging in?

1. Check Your Account Activation

Make sure you have activated your account.

  • If you have not received your activation email within 30 minutes of creating your account, please check your spam or junk folders before contacting the auctioneer.

⚠️ Please Note:
If you have not activated your account, you will not be able to log in.
You can still change your password, but you will not be able to log in until activation is complete.

2. Forgotten Your Password?

  1. Click the “Forgotten / reset password” link on the login page:

  1. Enter the email address you signed up with and click Email Me.

  2. You will receive a link by email within a few seconds.

  3. Click the link to reset your password, then log in using your username or email and your new password (remember not to use the autofill feature on your device, if that hasn't been updated with the new password).

🔄 If the email address you signed up with is no longer in use, please contact the auctioneer and provide your username and old email address.

3. Forgotten Your Username?

If you’ve forgotten your username:

  • Click the “Forgotten / reset password” link on the login page, as above.

  • Enter the email address you used to sign up.

  • Click Email Me – the email you receive will contain your username.

4. Account Locked?

If you believe your account may be locked, please contact the auctioneer for assistance.
