Having Trouble Logging in?

  • Make sure you have activated your account.

  • If you have not received your activation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folders before contacting the auctioneer.

  • If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgotten username or password? link on the login page:

  • Enter the email address you signed up with and click Email Me. You will then be sent a link by email within a few minutes. Click on this link to change your password, then log in using your username or email and new password.

  • If you have forgotten your password and the email you signed up with is no longer in operation please contact the auctioneer and inform them of your username and old email address.

  • If you have forgotten your username click the Forgotten your username or password? link on the login page, as above. Enter the email address you signed up with and click Email Me. The email you receive will contain your username.

  • Your account may be locked. If you believe your account may be locked, please contact the auctioneer.

Please Note: If you have not activated your account, you will not be able to log in. You will still be able to change your password, but you will not be able to log in.
