Creating an Account

  1. Click on the Create Account link.

  2. Complete the form.

⚠️ All fields marked with a red asterisk (*) must be completed. The account cannot be created if any of these required fields are left blank.

  3. You’ll receive instant notifications if there are any issues—for example, if your chosen username is already in use.

  4. Once the form is completed, agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click the Create Account button.

  5. A confirmation screen will appear, letting you know that an activation email has been sent.

  6. In some cases, you may also be prompted to verify your phone number to speed up the registration process.

Activating Your Account

Your account must be activated in order to confirm your email address. You won’t be able to log in until this is completed.

  1. After submitting your registration form, you’ll receive an email with an activation link.

  2. Click the link in the email (or copy and paste the longer version into your browser) to activate your account.

  3. If you haven’t received the activation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folders before contacting the auctioneer.

  4. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact your local office.

Managing Your Account

Once your account is activated:

  1. Log in using either your username or email address, along with your password.

  2. To update your personal details, contact information, or email preferences, go to My Settings.

    • You can access this by clicking My Settings or Customise your account on the auction Home page (visible after logging in).

  3. Make any required changes, then click Save Settings to update your account.

⚠️ Please Note:
Your username cannot be changed once it has been set.
This is because usernames serve as unique reference IDs in our system and are essential for linking all your data and bidding history to your account.
