Using your Stripe account, you can configure your bidlogix Auctioneer to take registrant deposits for auctions.
Once a deposit has been successfully authorised or captured, the registrant will be automatically approved to bid in the auction.
Please Note:
Deposits are set per auction
Only one deposit per user, per auction can be taken
You can either:
Manually request a deposit from selected registrants, or
Require deposits from all registrants by enabling “Always Request Deposit” in your Bidlogix Auctioneer
Whitelisted users are automatically approved to bid without needing to pay a deposit, even if deposits are required for all registrants
All refunds and deposit management must be handled within Stripe
Successful deposits are visible in the Bidlogix admin under the user’s Deposit tab
