When a Webcast auction ends, any items that were passed (not sold) during the Webcast will appear as SUSPENDED in the Item Management screen.
These items must be WITHDRAWN in order to allow the auction to be fully reconciled.
Here’s a quick way to update multiple suspended items:
Go to Auctions & Items > View Auctions
Go to the Items page.
Filter by Suspended status, or find the Suspended item.
Tick the checkboxes to select the relevant items
Click Withdraw and then Confirm on the pop-up window.
6. Return to the Auctions screen
7. Click the Reconcile button located in the Actions menu.
The suspended items will now be marked as UNSOLD and RECONCILED
The auction will be considered fully reconciled and ready for invoicing
Once reconciled, the auction can no longer be edited
