⚠️ Please Note: Reconciled auctions cannot be edited.
Find the auction that the items belong to.
Click the Reconcile button located in the Actions menu.
3. You’ll be asked whether you want to send an auto-response email to the winning bidders.
⚠️ Please Note:
The BidJS transactional email won’t send automatically — an admin must actively choose to send these emails during reconciliation (i.e. choosing the first option from the screenshot above).
If you haven’t updated the winning bidder email content, it will be fairly generic. You may prefer not to send it automatically and instead send a more tailored message afterwards.
Suspended Items Cannot Be Reconciled
Items marked as SUSPENDED (e.g. if they were passed during a Webcast ring) must be changed to WITHDRAWN before the auction can be reconciled.
Here’s a quick way to update multiple suspended items:
Go to the Items page.
Filter by Suspended status, or find the Suspended item.
Select the relevant items.
Click Withdraw and then Confirm on the pop-up window.
Once done, you’ll be able to reconcile the auction successfully.
