What is My High Bids?
My High Bids allows winning bidders to quickly view all the items they’ve won without needing to:
Wait for email confirmation, or
Search through past auctions manually
When Do Items Appear?
Items will only show in My High Bids after the auction has been reconciled by an admin.
Once visible, users can:
See their won items.
Click directly through to the item of the full auction (not applicable to Marketplace items).
Marketplace Compatibility
This also works for Marketplace items, however Marketplace items are not linked back to their original item pages due to how it is configured.
Bidders will still be able to:
Access the My High Bids page
View the items they have won
See the amount of their highest bid
⚠️ Please note:
To ensure Marketplace items show in My High Bids:
You must reconcile the Marketplace
When reconciling, make sure the Marketplace’s end date is set in the future If the end date is in the past, the Marketplace may switch to a status that prevents new items from being added
