Pro-Bono Auctions for Charity

Purpose
Each year, Bidlogix donates our auction platform and setup support to one registered charity addressing local needs to help them run a fundraising auction.

What we provide (at no charge)

  • One auction event (timed or webcast)
    Branded for the charity.

  • Hosting window
    Up to 2 months (including preview/sale/close).

  • Setup & training
    Configuration of one event, basic branding, and up to 2 hours of training.

  • Support
    Next-business-day email support; on the day clerking if needed

  • Reporting
    standard reports/exports.

Excluded third-party costs: payment processor fees, SMS/email sends, video streaming, KYC/ID checks, marketing/creative, shipping/fulfilment. (Discounted add-ons available if needed.)

Eligibility & selection

  • Who can apply: Registered charities or non-profits operating in our staff/customer communities; preference for health, educational, and environmental initiatives with clear local impact.

  • How we choose: Short application (purpose, beneficiaries, expected funds raised). Selection by a small internal panel (CEO + two staff members). We may prioritise causes with time-sensitive needs.

Data protection

  • Charity remains the data controller for bidder data; Bidlogix acts as processor under our standard DPA.

Timeline & publicity

  • Application window: Q1 each year (or ad-hoc in emergencies).

  • Decision: within 30 days of submission.

  • With consent, we may publish a short case study after the event to encourage future participation.
